Graham shared his stunning before-and-after photo on Instagram March 7, writing, "Weight Loss Update: down 150 lbs, currently at 255."
Elliot said he no more binge-eats because he's no more physically capable of consume as much food because he accustomed to. Graham also calculates every second day and runs regularly.
In yesteryear I would get stressed and ask craft services for cookies and candy, Graham told People. But now I understand my stomach may be the size a banana and i also must have food that simply gives me energy. So I can either have a very moment of sweetness but feel really bad or I'm able to order something delicious and light-weight like sashimi.
Graham underwent a sleeve gastrectomy (or gastric-sleeve surgery) in July 2013 and couldn't be happier together with his dramatic weight reduction. Elliot said he's surprised how fast he shed the burden, while he thought it might take 2 to 3 a long time to lose 150 pounds.
